Arghyam identified as a National Key Resource Centre

Arghyam is one of the National Key Resource Centres (KRC), identified by the Department of Drinking Water Supply, Government of India. There are twenty institutions across the country identified as KRCs. These KRCs are expected to help states and their agencies in developing their IEC strategy as well as capacity building of different stakeholders. The main activities of the KRC, include capacity building of key resource persons at the State and district level, providing technical guidance to the States in establishing and proper functioning of the Communication & Capacity Development Unit (CCDUs), technical guidance for implementation of reform initiatives in different districts and organizing orientation workshops, meetings, trainings for main stakeholders. more details at www.ddws.nic.in
